There is no regular buses in Martinique. In every village you ll find Taxi Collectif or TC without real horraires. They only go to Fort-de-France. At the bus stop you can ask it.

A lot of people do hitchicking. Easy and safe. Usually at the bus stop when Taxi collectif don't working.
