You can go and change the text in that box, click on "save page" and the page will be changed. You can delete everything, and what you can do, anyone can.

Near the "edit" tab, there's a "history" tab that shows all versions since creation of the page. So if someone vandalizes a page, you (I, anyone) revert it to its previous version.
