Couchsurfing is a non-commercial group forum however it does allow some commercial posts as long as it is relevant to the needs of travellers. How so?

Pros
- Short term work allows Couchsurfer's to stay longer and see more. Cultural understanding is improved when CS'ers do work here as they can see what day to day life is like.

- Too much posts drowning out organizing of social meets and parties.
