Be welcome at couchwiki Anders and thanks for your contributions! If you need help give us a shout. (Copenhagen could use a more network neutral rewriting of the hospex part) Midsch (talk) 14:33, 30 December 2013 (GMT)

Hi Midsch, thanks a lot for the welcome. I'll add a rewrite to the Hospex-part to my todo-list. Are there any good examples/templates you can point to? I checked the page on Berlin, which seems extensive, I may reuse some of that structure. Andersaknielsen (talk) 17:47, 2 January 2014 (GMT)
There are no templates beside the headers (and they're still missing on a lot of pages). In general we try to use neutral words like "guest" instead of "surfer" and the like. The idea is to include all the networks around. On some local pages the whole hospex part is neutral, on my "homepage" Hamburg different networks who're known to be active are listed. So it's basically the authors choice and also a matter of the local situation. If an organisation is simply non-existing at a place, it's no use to mention it. Also, I know it's tempting to write down everything one knows about the own spot, but if it's general tourist stuff it's better to contribute to wikivoyage and simply link to it (same with i.e. hitchwiki). Redundanten information is hard to maintain. Midsch (talk) 19:25, 2 January 2014 (GMT)
