I will take the lead on populating/collecting info for team.trustroots.org /Paula
*Chagai, Martin, Shawn agree that it may be good to show short biographies for the team on the page to present a robust team working on Trustroots currently as part of the public relations.

Hlib thinks it’s a good idea to have a volunteer info page
Further development of /teams might be good
There’s a donation page (https://www.trustroots.org/donate) that is linked to at the bottom of any given page. Seeing as we don’t accept donations we should probably remove it as well as the links. /Martin A.

Anyone feeling like taking it? Otherwise open an issue for it on GitHub and leave it for now? /Martin A.
*Hlib suggests an internal volunteer page for fellow volunteers to get to know each other
There are references like Namecheap and DigitalOcean though, so perhaps restructuring rather than deleting? /Martin A.

There’s also https://www.trustroots.org/donate/help and https://www.trustroots.org/donate/policy
*Loberto has referred Hlib to #ahoyparty Codi for this. It exists but needs to be worked on further. Further development of
References are being worked on. I’m writing here to communicate it… maybe there more info on Monday /Loberto
      /teams might be good

One idea to promote good reference usage is to have a proper campaign educating people:

start with a good blog post about it, shared on all social media
*Trustroots Donation page: It needs to be updated seeing as we don't currently accept donations
mention it in our next newsletter
*Nikki will explore rearranging and condensing the information on the page.
write in the FAQ “References good practices”
*Should the donation page be renamed possibly?
write a wiki article about references, why giving a negative reference is not a bad thing
Additional topics/questions

Pick facilitator for next meeting
*Styleguide for Trustroots: Is there one (Nikki K)
*Will ping Mikael about it and to explore possibly creating one.

Minutes 08/17
