- Support update (Loberto)
New support member to be is Tanja. Last year support was really active, a little bit less nowadays, some support members needed a break. Loberto recently started to go through all the emails.
Circles requests.
- Ivan asks if there’re many tickets about requesting circles, because he gets this question a lot through instagram. Loberto says there’s a huge backlog in the support with tickets so isn’t sure. Chagai proposes to promote the bridged community chat more for members to get an anwser faster, especially for less urgent things this would be great (Jans)
- “Her Adventures” FB group (Tanja)
Through a (vanlife FBgroup) meet up, I got in touch with a volunteer of this FB group. It’s a group only for female users and is dedicated to traveling in general, not nescessary hospex. If members want hospex, they get referred to Host a Sister. I got the email adress of the founder of the group and send her an email about what we do here and if she wants to talk about how we can possibly offer their female travellers a platfrom instead of a FB group. This did bring up the topic: a “visible for female only button” that Noah suggested in the last support meeting, which Loberto also agrees with. There’re multiple female initiatives around so apparently there’s a need. Also, when we would have that option, members could use them maybe to start with and when they’re more familiar with hospex or meet up with fellow members who do host all genders, they can hear about their experiences which might makes them want to try opening up too. While we’re at it: why not making it a “visibile for only - all gender options-”?

In the spirit of do-ocracy I’ve set up a new webshop for Trustroots where members can buy apperal, tote bags and stickers. The prices are as low as possible with almost no profit for now. We got the pro-update for free which means we can make as many designs as we would like, members could even send in their own designs which we can upload. It’s just a set up for now to give you all an idea. I would love to hear your opinion about it: https://trustroots.teemill.com/
