Shawn is going to set up the form for onboarding new volunteers and will post it in #va_secret_lab. Jans and Tanja will help out where needed.
Shawn and Ivan are going to have a social media meeting to discuss the current strategy at Thursday the 12th at 14:00UTC. If others are interested to, join the #social-media channel.
Mariha would like to know what other programs are recommended for creating newsletters and sending this out to 1000 touring cyclers.

* Bea proposed to plan an online call to talk about traveling during the pandemic and record this to share with the community.
* The e-mail notifications still don’t always work. Suggestions have been made to look into paying some developers to fix this bug.
* Apparently latetly there’s multiple worrying reports at the support team about (sexual) abuse among TRmembers. We’re planning to write a seperate blog about it and look into how we can educate our members. Tanja is in touch with Oded about this.
* Mariha en Chagai have devoted some weeks working on the federated platform and it’s features! Exciting!!

* Chagai made a github issue for the email notifications.
* There’s a proposition too to move the newsletter from the blog to the platform itself because the newsletter mostly end up in members spam folder.
* Chagai is going to make some print screens about the work he and Mariha did.
* Oded, Tanja and Shawn are going to have another meeting about the safety issue and what we can go to increase safety.
