''Hellos and Check in''
* We notice that many new volunteers join the Slack but not the meeting. We're not sure why. There're also new volunteers who start helping out right away, which is great! 
  

''Last Weeks Action Points:''
* Filling up the editorial calendar with content for social media volunteers to use (Shawn).
* Jans and Giuseppe are creating Trustroots memes to use.
* Circles review meeting happen soon, once the review process is provided by Mikael.

''New topics / questions''
* Reviewing of new circles (Tanja)
* Last minutes have been uploaded to the Trustroots wiki (Tanja).
* How can we improve getting new volunteers started? Shawn can see some volunteers joined through the Slack link which was posted in the newsletter. Shawn suggest to create a google form which new volunteers can fill in before they join Slack, so they're not so overwelmed. We can promote this the next newsletter.
* Shawn isn't sure the editorial calender is the easiest way to work for the social media team. Ivan suggests to use the Google Drive vault. Shawn suggests to scedule all the posts a week ahead. Jans will post new memes in the social media channel for the others to use.
* Mariha is working on bicycle community platform set up and the federated hospex platform. Funding has been founded for the last one. 
 

''Action points and outcomes''
* Shawn is going to set up the form for onboarding new volunteers and will post it in #va_secret_lab. Jans and Tanja will help out where needed.
* Shawn and Ivan are going to have a social media meeting to discuss the current strategy at Thursday the 12th at 14:00UTC. If others are interested to, join the #social-media channel.
* Mariha would like to know what other programs are recommended for creating newsletters and sending this out to 1000 touring cyclers.
