Le P'ti restaurant, 42 rue de la Montagne Sainte Geneviève, 3 courses menu + drink at 15 €.<br />
Bouillon-Chartier, 7 rue du Faubourg Montmartre, a big room, you could en up sharing a table with strangers. <br />
Oroyona, 36 rue Mouffetard, before 20:00 you can have 2 crepes and 1 drink for 5.50 €.<br />
Au P'tit Grec, 68 rue Mouffetard, a very well known crepes place, very big crepes around 4-6 €.<br />

Lots of cheap (15 € menu) restaurants from all countries rue Descartes and rue Mouffetard.

Municipality run museums are free for visiting their permanent exhibitions, national museums (Louvre, Orsay, etc.) are free for long term residents of the UE under 26 years old.
