====Metz (October/Octobre 2009)====

The collective in Metz has brought together about 30 volunteers from all over France, including the south (!). Antoine Rolland and Benjamin organised this time this collective, and we felt that a real team spirit is coming in reality. We talked about the different kind of volunteering, the problem each of us met especially concerning the group moderation. The french translation of the presentation from Anick Marie talking about the Safety and the Group Moderation has been made and it was a great opportunity to make for each of us a renewal of the Terms of Use and the role of the MDST and the safety around the CS concept. It has been suggested, to all local ambassador to organise a specific meeting in their own city to introduce this clear, short presentation.

''Le congrès de Metz a reuni près de 30 bénévoles de toute la France, dont du sud (Marseille, Montpellier ...). Antoine Rolland et Benjamin ont organisé cette fois ce congrès, et nous avons clairement senti qu'un esprit d'équipe est en train de prendre forme. Nous avons évoqué les différents types de volontariat, les problèmes rencontrés par chacun de nous dont particulièrement la modération de groupe. La traduction française de la présentation d'Anick Marie traitant de la Sécurité et de la Modération de Groupe a été faite et ce fut une très grande opportunité pour chacun de nous de réviser les conditions d'utilisation du site, le role de la MDST et la sécurité autour du concept CS. Il a été suggéré à chacun des ambassadeurs locaux d'organiser dans leur ville un meeting spécifique pour exposer cette présentation claire et courte.''
