* We should already send out invites by today and also if we already have the list (do we post it also on FB in case some are interested)
** FRIST WE NEED A DATE AND TIME
** make list of new volunteers: from everyone joining #general since May 14th
** Message in General, tagging the channel, and tagging everyone from "new vol list"
** FRIDAY  Post on FB and Reddit about it, inviting new vol.
** TUESDAY send EMAIL to people that joined VA_secret lab (previously AhoyParty) --> ask how to use the NL mailing system.

** if we happen to have TOO MANY people, we can go to Zoom or Google Meet.
* Basic guide on how to Slack and do we get them on Clickup as well? / Paula
